Ethan Horwitz joins Carlton Fields in New York

Patent and trade mark litigator Ethan Horwitz has joined the New York office of Carlton Fields Jorden Burt as a shareholder

Horwitz was a partner at King & Spalding. Before that, he was chair of the IP Group at Goodwin Procter.

While patent litigation serves as his core practice focus, Horwitz maintains a diverse practice in intellectual property law. He has advised clients and has litigated patent, trade mark, trade dress, copyright, and false advertising cases in the US and internationally.
