Won Sang Lee

Mr. Lee is a partner at FirstLaw P.C. He is a Korean patent attorney and US attorney at law, having graduated from Seoul National University and received his Juris Doctor degree from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law.

 Mr. Lee provides patent counselling for Korean and foreign clients, primarily in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical areas. His practice covers prosecution of patent applications and preparation of infringement, validity, and freedom-to-operate opinions. He is also actively involved in patent enforcement actions, patent invalidation trials, and ex parte appeals.

 Mr. Lee often shares his knowledge and insight on Korean patent matters as a guest lecturer domestically and internationally, including at ETH Zurich.
