Mohini is a disputes specialist with close to a decade and a half of experience in litigation. She has counselled clients extensively on trademark infringement, unfair competition, copyright and design infringement, and domain name disputes – advising on intellectual property (IP) strategy, risk assessment, risk pre-emption and mitigation, pre-litigation issues, litigation life cycle management, dispute resolution, and settlement negotiations.
Mohini’s deep understanding of the Indian judicial system and the complexities of trial comes from first-hand involvement in a large number of cases litigated before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, and the erstwhile Intellectual Property Appellate Board. She understands the needs of clients’ businesses and crafts customised strategies for the protection, maximisation, and enforcement of IP rights.
