Sean Chen

Mr Chen joined Liu Shen in 2007. He focuses on patent-related litigation and non-litigation practice, and has rich practical experience in handling patent invalidation, patent infringement litigation, and administrative patent litigation.

Mr Chen has successfully represented many well-known domestic and foreign companies in handling a large number of patent invalidation and infringement litigation cases, and actively strives to protect clients’ rights and interests. In addition, he and his team provide clients with legal services in patent portfolio planning and filing strategy, patent mining and drafting, intellectual property due diligence, and freedom-to-operate analysis.
