Li Weina

Ms Li serves as a litigation manager at PurpleVine IP Group. She has over five years of experience in intellectual property (IP) legal services, with a focus on IP-related dispute resolution, particularly cross-border patent litigation, patent invalidation, and trade secret disputes. Ms Li has represented clients in numerous cross-border patent infringement and invalidation cases across industries such as wireless communications, semiconductors, LiDAR (light detection and ranging), and optical fibre and cable, gaining substantial hands-on experience in complex IP disputes.

Prior to joining PurpleVine IP Group, she served as an attorney at Fangda Partners.

Ms Li has a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic and Information Science and Technology and a Master of Laws, both from Fudan University.
