Ke Mou

Dr Mou joined Liu Shen & Associates in 2010 and is a partner, attorney at law, and patent attorney. He is experienced in global protection strategy, patent drafting, portfolio management, legal consulting, due diligence, and dispute resolution of patents, as well as the management and protection of trade secrets.

Dr Mou has a strong scientific background in the pharmaceutical industry and extensive knowledge of intellectual property-related laws and regulations, fully understanding the business strategy, scientific development, and legal protection of pharmaceutical products. He also has an in-depth understanding of patent term adjustment (PTA) and patent term extension (PTE), and has provided application and litigation services on PTA and PTE to several domestic and foreign companies.

Dr Mou qualified as a patent attorney in 2012 and as an attorney at law in 2015.
