Jie is counsel in AFD China’s trademark and legal department. She graduated from the China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing with an LLB degree in 2010, and obtained a JD degree from Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, US, in 2015. Her specialties include legal research, dispute resolution, and intellectual property consultation for a diverse array of domestic and overseas clients.
