Winuriska, is the founder and managing partner of the firm. She has more than 20 years of experience in the field of IP. providing legal advice on all types of IP works.
Her substantial IP knowledge and expertise were gained when she worked in an internationally affiliated law firm specialized in IP where she had done various IP related works ranging from routine prosecution of local and overseas filings to high end IP services such as clearance searches, IP due diligence projects, infringement analysis and IP protection strategies. She has represented both local and overseas clients from various scales (from SMEs to huge international groups). There have been some achievements during her 20 -year tenure of IP practice, such as when representing Indonesia airlines for business method patent litigation at the commercial court. She took a significant role in a successful negotiation in a patent and design infringement cases for a leading Japanese automotive company against 7 local automotive companies. She also succeeded in negotiation in a copyright infringement for a famous global entertainment company.

- Assisting one of the biggest flexible packaging manufacturing companies in Indonesia for patent filling overseas in 5 countries.
- Providing legal analysis upon the results of free-to-operate (FTO) searches for local and overseas clients who wish to launch its products in Indonesia. The latest one is for a China based bio-tech company who wish to clear up any potential risk of patent infringement before it launches its Core Product in Indonesia related to a new kit of microbiological testing for early diagnose of tubercoloses disease.
- Conducting an FTO search for a regional manufacturer of flexible packaging with a new design of packaging bringing new technology in packaging industry. Based on our analysis, the proposed invention is clear for use in Indonesia.
