Endra Prabawa has been practicing in the field of Intellectual Property since 2000. He represents clients on all aspects of Intellectual Property Rights protection in Indonesia that include patents, trademarks, copyrights, and industrial designs. Endra also advises multinational as well as local clients on the management of their Intellectual Property Rights portfolios in Indonesia, prepares and attends to official actions to the Intellectual Property Office. He also has extensive trial experiences and has argued technical and complex IP issues before the apex court in Indonesia. He also has a wide array of experiences in drafting and reviewing various agreements, cease and desist letters and warning advertisements relating to the Intellectual Property matters. Healso actively prosecutes IP cases which are difficult for registration and manages works relating to the prosecution to grant of Intellectual Property Rights on behalf of his clients.
- We were appointed to assist luxury watch company from Switzerland to provides legal assistant related to opposition and sending cease and desist letter to the adverse party. The adverse party's application was rejected and they sign the undertaking letter.
- We were appointed to assist one of the biggest Entertainment and Movie company to provide a legal assistant related to sending cease and desist letter to the adverse party who promoting their products using the client's famous movie characters. The adverse party sign an undertaking letter and pay a sum of money for compensation.
- We assisted Japanese client from sport industry to file an opposition against the adverse party who has similar trademark application. The trademark office reject the adversary's application.
