I have ample experience in patent prosecution and drafting, freedom to operate analysis, and strategic IP advice, not only with universities and spinoffs, but with larger companies as well.

Alexander started in IP in the legal department of a multi-national, where after he joined a niche IP firm, and after a few years joined a renowned International IP firm in Amsterdam, working for clients, from start-ups to sports; fashion; technology and design driven businesses, helping them with IP management, design and branding strategies, counterfeit, cross border litigation, conflict advice, structuring, DD, and licensing. He was also part of the senior management of the firm for over 15 years. Alexander joined HGF January 2017.

Kasper has almost 20 years of experience as an IP attorney. He advises clients about the protection, enforcement and exploitation of their IP rights, such as trademarks, designs and copyrights, on a worldwide level. His specialisms cover worldwide portfolio management, cross border opposition and enforcement strategies, due diligence and counterfeit issues. Kasper joined HGF in January 2017.
