Tim Young

Tim joined Maucher Jenkins in 2012 and works in a wide range of technology areas including mechanical engineering, physics, electronics and computer software. In particular, Tim has a wealth of experience in prosecuting telecommunications patent applications, with in-depth knowledge of LTE, 5G and IEEE 802.11 families of standards.

He works on behalf of clients in drafting, prosecution and contentious matters and has represented clients in numerous examination division and opposition division hearings before the European Patent Office.

Tim qualified as both a UK Patent Attorney and European Patent Attorney in 2016 and has spent considerable time in Maucher Jenkins' Munich office.
