Michaela Ring, Attorney-at-Law and Certified Specialist IP Lawyer, is a partner in Hoffmann Eitle's Soft IP Group. Michaela has been representing and advising a wide range of companies in Soft IP litigation cases, including trademark, design, unfair competition and copy right disputes for many years. Furthermore, Michaela manages large international trademark and design portfolios.
Michaela is co-author of the Hasselblatt, European Union Trade Mark Regulation, Article-by-Article Commentary, Second Edition, 2018, C.H. Beck Hart Nomos.
Before joining Hoffmann Eitle in 2009, Michaela worked in the trademark department of an international law firm in Cologne and in the IP practice group of an international law firm in Düsseldorf.
