Biography
Sebastian Giese is a German and European Patent Attorney and UPC representative in HOFFMANN EITLE’s Biotechnology practice group. He has extensive experience in examination, opposition and appeal proceedings before the European Patent Office and is regularly involved in contentious proceedings before national courts and the UPC. His technical expertise covers various fields of life sciences, including molecular biology, virology, biochemistry and antibody technologies.
