Michael Pfeifer specializes in consultation and legal representation in all fields of intellectual property law, in particular patent litigation. He often advises Japanese companies on German and European Law (also in Japanese).
Michael studied law at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg and at Waseda Law School in Tokyo during an exchange semester. His legal training includes stages at international law firms in Hamburg, Dusseldorf and Tokyo; he was a research assistant at the chair for Japanese law at Goethe University Frankfurt and a scholarship holder at the German Institute for Japanese studies in Tokyo, focusing on self-regulation and soft law. Michael has been with Hoffmann Eitle since 2017.
