Martin assesses and advices on patentability, freedom to operate (FTO) and patent strategy, and he drafts and prosecutes patent applications. Additionally, he frequently takes part in opposition and appeal teams in proceedings before the European Patent Office.
He advices and represents clients from industry as well as academia.
Martin's technical competences lie primarily within physics, nanotechnology, mechanics, materials science, optics, medical devices, food processing equipment, energy technology and sensors.
