Lasse Weinmann is a German and European patent attorney with a particular focus on biotech and pharma cases. He has counseled and represented major biotech and pharma companies in EPO opposition cases and in nullity proceedings before the German Federal Patent court and is frequently involved in multinational invalidity and infringement disputes including close cooperation with international litigation teams.
