Lars Birken

In his role as patent attorney, Lars Birken serves clients in the engineering field with the aim of patenting and exploiting their technological innovations. He is primarily involved in patent prosecution and in the enforcement of technological intellectual property rights both in Germany and abroad, as well as in developing solutions relating to competitor IP rights. Lars Birken also provides legal advice on employee invention issues and on patent portfolio management.
