Florian Henke specializes in patent, utility model and design law, in particular advising medium-sized and large companies on the strategic placement of intellectual property rights, including the drafting of patent and design applications and their representation up to grant.
He has extensive experience in complex opposition and nullity proceedings, often with parallel infringement proceedings. In addition, Florian Henke provides expert opinions on the validity, infringement and circumvention of patents.
