Kurt Sutter

Kurt Sutter is a senior patent attorney at E. Blum & Co. AG, Zürich as well as a judge at the Swiss Federal Patent Court.

He has studied physics and mathematics at the Federal Institute of Technology (ETH), Zurich and earned a PhD in quantum electronics. Primary fields of expertise are patent prosecution and litigation in the fields of electronics, computer hard- and software, optics, telecommunication, physics, mechanics, and others. He is also involved in educational work and lectureship on patent law.
