I am a senior associate in the Intellectual Property team in Warsaw. I am also active in the area of life sciences.
Advising clients since 2012, I specialise in matters concerning industrial property rights such as trade marks, patents and designs, as well as copyright and unfair competition. This includes supporting clients in proceedings before the Polish Patent Office, the EUIPO and in court infringement proceedings. I also represent our clients before the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunications, in matters of the infringement of trade marks in internet domains.
I have experience in conducting due diligence on intellectual property rights, pharmaceutical and food law, and advise on the internal restructuring of intellectual property rights, as well as on the acquisition of companies and IP assets.
My area of expertise also includes advising entrepreneurs from various sectors on product labelling and advertising, with particular focus on the food sector. I support advertisers in proceedings before the Polish Advertising Standards Committee.
In life sciences, I am also experienced in advising distributors on regulatory issues related to pharmaceutical law.
