My area of expertise is soft IP litigation. I have extensive experience handling a wide range of intellectual property disputes, in particular involving trade marks, unfair competition, industrial designs, geographical indications and copyrights. I have been advising clients since 2012.
I represent clients in court disputes concerning the protection of rights and pursuing claims for infringement of intellectual property. I also handle all types of proceedings before the Polish Patent Office and before administrative courts. I have extensive experience in representing clients before the European Union Intellectual Property Office, the EU General Court, and the Court of Justice of the European Union. I also handle domain name disputes and assist clients in protecting brands online.
I also advise on IP portfolio and oversee soft IP prosecution matters. In addition, I negotiate settlements, coexistence agreements, licensing contracts and other IP transactions as well as other commercial contracts. I have experience in due diligence audits involving intellectual property rights and commercial agreements.
