Karin Crafoord is a senior consultant and responsible for the Legal and Trademark Department and is specialized in disputes and processes relating to IP law law – including trademarks, patents, designs, copyright, and media and marketing. She represents Swedish and international clients in commercial litigation, both in court and arbitration proceedings, concerning e.g. trademarks, patents, copyrights and market law. Her experience includes dispute resolution in many different industries, such as fashion, media and entertainment, sport, wine and spirits, medical technology, machining tools, construction and shipbuilding.
Ms Crafoord also has many years of experience regarding commercial agreements and provides advice in connection with contract negotiations and due diligence, as well as questions regarding licensing and infringements.
Prior to joining Groth & Co, Ms Crafoord worked as lawyer at one of the major law firms in Sweden. Further, she has work experience from service at the Court of Appeal and District Court in Sweden.
Karin Crafoord is a much-appreciated member of the Groth & Co Board of Directors and a member of the Management Team.
