Julieta Sfecla has more than 20 years of experience in intellectual property law, with extensive expertise in the life sciences and FMCG sectors. She is a key member of the firm's intellectual property team.
Throughout her career, Julieta has represented luxury beverage producers, innovative pharmaceutical companies and major healthcare businesses before intellectual property, regulatory and customs authorities, as well as before Romanian courts in both civil and criminal proceedings. Her experience includes complex matters involving the enforcement of patent and trademark rights.
She regularly advises intellectual property rights holders on trademark protection and enforcement matters before civil courts and acts before customs authorities in clearance proceedings to safeguard intellectual property rights.
