Based in Potter Clarkson’s Stockholm office, Jesper advises and represents Swedish and international clients on all legal matters relating to intellectual property, such as patents, trade marks, design, copyright and trade secrets.
With significant experience in commercial and contentious IP matters, trade mark portfolio and brand management, Jesper is skilled in drafting and negotiation, litigation, prosecution and providing commercially sound advice.
Jesper’s career began at the Swedish Patents and Registration Office (PRV) followed by a period as an in-house attorney for Pfizer Health AB before becoming an IP attorney, working for two different Swedish IP consulting firms.
Jesper joined Potter Clarkson in January 2019.
Education/Alumni: Jesper received an LLM from Uppsala University and a law degree from Maastricht University.
