Jennifer focuses her practice on global trademark portfolio management and she represents some of the world’s most popular brands. She handles the full range of domestic and foreign clearance, prosecution, enforcement, and acquisition matters. Jennifer specializes in the entertainment industry, developing and managing title clearance, registration, and protection programs. She also manages trademark portfolios for clients in the technology space, including peer-to-peer content sharing/creation services, online marketplace services, cloud services, and wearable devices, as well in the food/beverage and biopharmaceutical industries.
