Ivana is a Senior Trademark & Patent Attorney and she oversees the ZMP Croatia department. Before joining ZMP in 2012, she worked as a trademark examiner at the State IP Office. Ivana has over 10 years of experience in trademark prosecution and anti-counterfeiting matters. She specializes in Croatian trademark prosecution and possesses extensive experience in providing legal assistance to domestic and international clients on all matters relating to IP rights, unfair competition, and dispute resolution.
She is the operational lead for the firm’s multi-jurisdictional anti-counterfeiting strategy and is the point of contact for many of the firm’s largest clients in these matters, providing them with immediate service that draws on her extensive knowledge of customs legislation in the region’s jurisdictions.
In addition, Ivana supervises all enforcement matters in Croatia, providing expert advice and legal assistance in counterfeiting matters.
