Ivana Ervaćanin

Ivana is a patent and trademark attorney in the Croatian office of Zivko Mijatovic & Partners (ZMP). She graduated from the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Law and passed the patent and trademark attorney exams before the Croatian Intellectual Property Office.

She joined ZMP team in 2014 and handles administrative and legal work in prosecution of trademarks, patents and industrial designs for domestic and international clients, including searches and due-diligence projects, verifications, assessments of risk, registration and maintenance, and daily cooperation with the authorities.
