Guadalupe Ocampo

Guadalupe is an IP attorney specialized in trademark law. Her practice comprises general trademark counsel, conducting trademark clearance searches, handling oppositions and/or office actions and drafting assignment and licensing agreements.

Before joining BERKEN IP, she worked at a well-known Argentinian IP firm, where she gained extensive experience in the field of trademarks.

Guadalupe earned her Law Degree (2011) from the Universidad de Buenos Aires. She is also a registered Patent and Trademark Agent at the National Institute of Industrial Property.
