Chilean lawyer graduated with highest honors from the Universidad de Chile, holding an LL.M. in Intellectual Property and Competition Law from the Munich Intellectual Property Law Center (MIPLC). He has also completed advanced studies in Data Protection and Sustainable Development.
With more than twelve years of experience, he advises domestic and international clients across the full spectrum of intellectual property matters, including trademark prosecution, enforcement, litigation, portfolio management, and strategic IP counselling. His practice is distinguished by a pragmatic, business-oriented approach focused on delivering practical solutions aligned with clients' commercial objectives.
He has conducted academic research and authored publications on intellectual property and related legal issues. Over the years, he has participated as a speaker and instructor at seminars, conferences, and training programs on intellectual property law.
He is a member of the Chilean Association of Intellectual Property (ACHIPI), serves on the Geographical Indications Committee of the International Trademark Association (INTA), and previously volunteered with the World Intellectual Property Organization's (WIPO) Inventor Assistance Program (IAP). He has been recognized as a Rising Star by Managing IP on different occasions, most recently in 2026.
