He has a degree in Criminal Procedure Reform, University of Chile (2005), and another in Free Competition, Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2014).
He is a member of the International Anti Counterfeiting Coalition and is part of the Intellectual Property Committee of Amcham. He is also a member of the Bar Association, the Chilean Association of Intellectual Property (ACHIPI), the Inter-American Association of Industrial Property (ASIPI), and the International Trademark Association (INTA).
