Florina heads the Intellectual Property practice of NNDKP.
She is a seasoned IP professional with over 18 years of professional experience in the field. Her area of expertise covers all aspects of intellectual property law, with specific focus on trademark rights, patent rights and utility models, design rights, copyright and related rights and domain names.
As a qualified national and EU Trademark and Design Attorney and national Patent Attorney, she provides strategic advice to clients of all sizes, from powerful local brands to some of the world’s best-known companies, on the optimal IP strategy to adopt in managing and protecting their trademark and patent portfolios. She has successfully handled the clearance, prosecution and registration of a significant number of trademarks, and represented clients in trademark opposition and infringement cases, including throughout negotiations and in reaching amicable settlements. Also, she regularly aids clients with patent searches to help them define their local market strategy and advises on various matters related to national patent laws.
Florina’s expertise also covers consumer protection, advertising, as well as e-commerce matters.
