Brian is a European Patent Attorney with an M.Sc. degree in electrical and electronic engineering. Brian handles patent applications and patents within the technical fields of software and electronics such as machine learning, algorithms and control systems.
Brian is driven by helping companies pursue patent applications that lead to patents that protect the companies’ products on the market against copying, and patents that stand strong against oppositions by competitors.
Brian has experience with drafting patent applications, defending patents in oppositions, and infringement proceedings from private practice, and as in-house patent attorney with a Danish multinational company.
Brian is a member of the Institute of Professional Representatives before the European Patent Office.
