Mr. Bing Li joined in Unitalen Attorneys at Law in 2010 and has been heading a Department of International Trademark as a partner since 2019. Mr. Li’s practice has focused on trademark prosecution, administrative and civil litigations, raid actions, domain name disputes, customs recordal and border issues. He leads a team which represents clients mainly from UK, France, Spain, Korea and South American countries ranging from individuals and start-ups to multinational corporations in a variety of industries, including cosmetics, electronics, fashion and clothing, sports, heavy industry, shopping centers and retail services, food and drink, luxury goods, high-technology and internet companies. Mr. Li is more than willing to share his experience and views on trademark practice. Over the past years, he has published quite a few articles on domestic and foreign magazines and was frequently invited to lectures, seminars and workshops.
