With over 15 years of experience in the IP field, Aura has successfully advised and represented major multinational companies from a variety of industries. She handles contentious and non-contentious patent, trademark and industrial design matters, as well as domain name issues, before administrative bodies and courts of law. She has ample experience with clearance and registration of IP rights, enforcement matters, and working with the customs authorities on surveillance and seizure of counterfeit goods. Aura has also advised international clients in matters concerning regulatory consumer protection issues, including labelling and packaging, as well as in cases involving false advertising, the Internet and social media. In addition to coordinating IP matters for clients, Aura oversees all other IP work in the Romania office.
Aura also has over 15 years of experience in financial management of EU Phare projects, including projects relating to upgrading and harmonizing intellectual property rights in Romania. She has represented PETOŠEVIĆ at numerous IP conferences.
