European and German Patent Attorney Anne Schön is a partner at the European IP law firm Hoffmann Eitle. A mechanical engineer by training, Anne has more than 20 years of experience in patent prosecution, opposition and appeal proceedings before the European and German Patent Offices as well as infringement litigation proceedings, patent ownership disputes, nullity proceedings before the Federal Patent Court, and proceedings before the Federal Court of Justice. She advises and represents national and international clients in technical fields as diverse as paper manufacture, medical devices, automotive technology, and layered composites.
Anne has been with HOFFMANN EITLE since 2000. She qualified as a German Patent Attorney in 2003 and as a European Patent Attorney in 2004. Anne is located in the firm’s Munich office.
