I specialise in providing legal advice and assistance on the recognition, protection and enforcement of geographical indications at the international level.

With more than 15 years of experience, my practice as a European Union and Italian Trademark Attorney focuses also on trademark filing and prosecution, management of trademark and domain name portfolios, UDRP and ADR procedures to recover domain names.
I am currently the Vice Chair of the MARQUES Geographical Indications Team, and regularly speak in IP conferences and seminars.
