Headed and founded in 2004 by Dr. Professor Cesare Galli, (Full Professor of IP Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Parma), the firm operates mainly in the field of Intellectual Property law with a specific experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotech and TMT Patents and Fashion & Luxury litigations.

Having its main office in Milan and branch offices in Brescia and Parma, the firm came into being as a boutique firm, highly specialized in IP law, Business Law and Competition/Antitrust. The Firm is characterized by the personal imprint of its founder, and has maintained strong reputation by combining it with a firmly market-oriented approach aimed at enhancing the procedural instruments in order to reach positive results in the shortest terms. Professor Galli has also been personally involved in the process that led Italy to taking part in the Unified Patent Court Agreement in 2013 and in the Enhanced Cooperation on the Unitary Patent in 2015 and flanked the Italian delegates in the drafting of the Rules of Procedure (RoP).

The Firm clients include large foreign industrial groups working in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food and fashion sectors and Italian firms operating in the most cutting edge fields such as new technologies as well as TMT, mechanics and electro mechanics industries.
