Ms Wu graduated from Peking University Law School in 2006. She has successfully handled numerous trademark litigation cases across all levels of courts, including the Supreme People’s Court, with cases recognised as exemplary by the CNIPA, the Chinese Trademark Association, and other reputable organisations.
Ms Wu secured the first recognition of well-known trademark status for six client trademarks while handling trademark dispute cases in China.
