Fabio Angelini
Fabio started his intellectual property (IP)-related career in the mid-Nineties with SIB, where he soon became a partner, after working for the Italian government and subsequently earning an LLM at the University of California, Berkeley, and admission to the New York Bar.
In the second half of the 2000s, he was in Silicon Valley with Intel Corporation, where, as senior attorney, he managed some of Intel’s most important brands. Back in private practice, Fabio joined De Simone & Partners as of counsel before moving to Bugnion in 2018.
He is chair of the ECTA Amicus Curiae Committee and a member of Marques and INTA committees, has published numerous articles in IP publications, and frequently speaks at conferences of IP organisations such as INTA, ECTA, Marques, and AIPPI. Fabio has been recognised for years as one of the best IP lawyers by several ranking organisations.
