David Ives

David is a partner in Slaughter and May’s technology, digital, data, and intellectual property (IP) group and is the firm’s head of IP.

He advises on all aspects of IP protection, exploitation, and enforcement, including a particular focus on licensing work across the retail, sports, and financial services sectors, and on complex trademark and copyright litigation. David also has a broad technology and outsourcing practice, covering all types of digital, data, and technology advice.
