Savvides joins Bristows

Theo Savvides has joined London law firm Bristows as head of copyright and digital media litigation

He was previously a partner and co-head of the IP litigation practice at Osborne Clarke.

The firm has also recently hired Louise Eldridge, a corporate partner specialising in venture capital and investment in the TMT sector, and Chris Holder, a commercial IT partner who was previously at Bird & Bird.

Savvides (right), who has a degree in biochemistry, represents Marks & Spencer in its long-running battle against Interflora regarding Google AdWords. M&S has taken the case to the Court of Appeal.
