Europe’s largest intellectual property convention and trade fair is back: IP Service World 2026 takes place in Munich from November 23–25 – the 16th edition, with 1,400-plus attendees from 55-plus nations, 100-plus speakers, and 100-plus exhibitors. Three days. Two focused areas. One IP marketplace.

The Patent & IP Strategy Days on November 23 and 24 put agentic AI centre stage, from patent intelligence and IP operations to search technologies and portfolio strategy. Keynote speakers include Prof Peter Gentsch (AICONIQ) on agentic AI worldwide, plus Bayer Intellectual Property, Mercedes-Benz IP, Deutsche Telekom, OTH Regensburg, and the University of Trier.

New in 2026: the Trademark & Brand Protection Day on November 25, chaired by Dr Klaus Oppermann of Volkswagen AG. Protect brands, preserve value – covering trademark clearance, monitoring, enforcement, governance, and brand protection, plus the latest CJEU rulings, EU Trademark Directive updates, and global trademark battles. The Deep Dive Workshops offer a full day of hands-on practice with leading solution providers.

Interactive formats such as the Ultimate Tool Check, the 3 Years From Now expert panel, Solutions in Practice, and focused roundtables let you compare tools live, benchmark strategies, and challenge providers with your own use cases.

Add 30-plus hours of networking and three networking evenings from November 22–24, including the new Trademark Networking Event. This is where IP strategy turns into decisions.

Tickets from €245.
