Former IP High Court Chief Judge joins Yuasa and Hara

Toshiaki Iimura has joined Yuasa and Hara’s Tokyo office

Iimura was Chief Judge of Japan’s IP High Court from April 2012 until his retirement in June. A member of Managing IP’s Top 50 most influential people on several occasions, he is considered one of the most respected voices on IP in the country and has been credited for bringing well-received reforms to the IP environment in Japan.
