Armin Schwitulla, who has been a fully qualified lawyer since 2014, has been nominated for his work on important matters such as the Nokia v Oppo dispute.

He has substantial experience in standard essential patent litigation from his time at law firm Bardehle Pagenberg. He has worked as a law clerk at the Higher Regional Court of Munich too.

Schwitulla is praised for his strength at developing strategies, knowledge and responsiveness, strategic thinking, and ability to work well with colleagues and outside counsel.

He says his ambition is to win cases and shape the law in the fair, reasonable and non-discriminatory field.
