The UK group of the AIPPI holds a questions meeting at the offices of Bird & Bird in London.

The Intellectual Property Appellate Board in Chennai is due to rule in the compulsory licensing case Bayer v Natco.

The UK group of FICPI holds an open seminar on business practice.



Thursday March 7

The Court of Justice of the EU rules in ITV Broadcasting, a case referred by the High Court in London. The Court is seeking clarification of the meaning of "communication to the public" in the copyright directive. The case is a dispute over the streaming of programmes over the internet.
