Managing IP is delighted to announce the launch of its Rising Stars publication

Each year IP STARS research analysts receive and analyse a lot of information on law firms and practitioners that provide IP services in more than 70 jurisdictions. Traditionally, the individual listings in IP STARS mainly featured senior IP practitioners at partner level. Following market feedback, we decided to launch this special publication to enable us to focus on some of the best up-and-coming IP practitioners below partner level who contribute to the success of their firms and clients.

This year’s publication is based on the information obtained during the research period for the 2018 edition of IP STARS (September 2017 to February 2018). Rising stars typically have less than 10 years post-qualification experience, but individuals with more than 10 years of experience may also be considered. The Rising Stars publication complements our annual Corporate IP Stars list (in-house IP practitioners) and the Top 250 Women in IP list (the leading female IP practitioners in private practice).
