You can take the survey here.

The role of the in-house trademark counsel is evolving rapidly.

Five or 10 years ago, counsel focused mainly on ‘traditional’ trademark tasks such as searching and filing. But in 2019, they are more likely to be taking on new responsibilities.

We are looking to gain and share insight on how the in-house trademark counsel role is changing, what those affected think about it, and how they see things shaping up in the next five years.

Don’t miss the chance to have your say.

The surveyshould take no longer than three minutes to complete. The more responses we receive, the more illuminating the final report will be.

The results will be entirely anonymous, but if you do wish to discuss your thoughts in more detail, a journalist will get in touch.
