Aditi Manhas

Aditi is a senior associate at Remfry & Sagar. She joined the firm in 2019 and specialises in helping clients obtain patents for electronics and mechanical inventions.

Aditi enjoys keeping abreast of developments in the ever-evolving domain of patent law and her technical fields of interest include physics, mechanical engineering, and information technology, with a particular focus on telecommunications and automotive engineering. Currently, her work focuses on patent prosecution and opposition, as well as advising clients on various aspects of Indian patent law and practice. This includes regularly representing clients at oral proceedings before the Indian patent office.
