Jones Day hires IP partner in Japan
Shogo Asaji has joined Jones Day’s Tokyo office as a partner
Asaji’s practice includes intellectual property litigation, licensing, patent prosecution and patent analysis. He is a registered foreign lawyer in Japan and licensed to practice in New York. He has practiced before US courts, the ITC and the USPTO. He is also experienced in matters relating to LEDs, transistors, semiconductor manufacturing, vaccines, growth hormones and the Hatch-Waxman Act.
Asaji was previously a partner at Morrison & Foerster in Tokyo.
