Simran Singh

Simran is a dedicated legal professional specialising in intellectual property law. She completed a BBA LLB (Hons) at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi, and has been enrolled with the Bar Council of India since clearing the All-India Bar Examination in 2021.

Simran has been a part of the trademark prosecution team at RNA, Technology and IP Attorneys since 2023, where her work spans a broad spectrum of trademark services. She regularly advises domestic and international clients on trademark clearance searches, prosecution, and post-registration matters, including assignments and renewals. In addition, Simran appears before the Trademarks Registry and represents clients at hearings.
